AJAY RAJASEKHAR, CEO
Ajay is a technology entrepreneur and cryptocurrency security expert with 20 years of extensive experience in developing and managing delivery of high availability cloud and mobile solutions for the finance and healthcare industries.
He has considerable experience in mobile/web apps, mobile messaging solutions, developer tools and consumer internet applications. Additionally, he has been involved in end-to-end solutions – from business to planning to design, development and deployment of products. Ajay has even filed technology patents including a provisional US Utility patent, US Design patent, international PCT application and an Indian patent.
Before Koinlocker, Ajay was director of Product Development at IHS Markit, a global leader in financial information, analytics and solutions. He has held senior technology positions in software firms buoyed by his experience in leading software teams in product management, technology direction and strategic business planning.
Working with intellectually stimulating and passionate teams drives him forward and he is in his element at the helm of an enterprise, venture or idea, taking significant accountability for inherent risks and outcomes.
G SUNDAR, CTO
Sundar was earlier managing director at Spanish mobile manufacturer Vitelcom’s India operations, previously having led projects with Skyworks, Teleca, Openwave, Zi Corporation, SkySpring, Qualcomm, Tecdis and Infusio.
He brings more than 25 years of experience in managing product development, application development and R&D teams to Koinlocker. With industry experience ranging from telecommunications and mobile handsets to process automation, information display and automotive electronics, Sundar brings a wealth of input to Koinlocker.
He shares a keen interest in cryptocurrencies with the rest of the team and believes that current technology is still nascent. He supports a strong regulatory framework, robust security and active participation of financial institutions through bonds, guarantees and indemnities towards the adoption of cryptocurrencies.
NIKHIL SHIVAPRASAD, COO
Nikhil is a seasoned technologist and an entrepreneur with 12+ years of extensive experience across the hardware and software industry.
Before Koinlocker, he co-founded “blowhorn” a technology enabled intra-city logistics company based out of Bengaluru, India where he built the technology platform and subsequently built and led the technology team. Prior to blowhorn he worked at Achronix Semiconductor, Santa Clara, USA building high performance FPGAs across technology nodes and has wide experience in multiple aspects of chip development ranging from design, development, etc. to automation, testing and bring-up.
Nikhil is passionate about technology and his latest interest is in exploring FPGAs for crypto-currency mining. He holds a B.E in Electronics & Communication from VNIT, Nagpur and an M.S in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, USA.

Advisor Subhabrata Ghosh (SG) has been the key architect in building some of the biggest FMCG, Automobile, Garments, Food, Durable and Engineering brands in the country. He has a Masters in Ergonomics and Business Management, and also has more than 30 years of experience in brand building, ideation and strategy.
SG was formerly with Saatchi & Saatchi as Director and COO, Executive Director of Ogilvy & Mather, and General Manager with Rediffusion DY&R prior to that. Currently also Director of Lithium Urban Technologies, and Founder President & CEO of Celsius100 Consulting.
He is an automotive domain expert. A technology geek. An audiophile. And an EV evangelist. SG believes that radical innovation is the key to breaking out of the monotony of the similarity trap. His real forte is helping business leaders get out of their comfort zones and think differently.

CHARLES WHATLEY, ADVISOR
Charles is a strategic advisor for Koinlocker. He is an experienced advisor for real estate developers, development authorities and municipalities for developing Public-Private Partnerships and accessing public funding for projects and economic development programs.
Charles has worked as a Public Private Finance advisor for the Master Developer undertaking the redevelopment of the 165-acre former General Motors plant. He has also worked as an advisor to the Development Authority of Douglas Country on the $130 million Foxhall Resort hotel and conference center project.
Charles has executed financing transactions and negotiated incentive packages with corporations and institutions such as Porsche, Kemira, Wipro, Novelis and the College Football Hall of Fame. He has also co-written a successful application for the US Small Business Administration Emerging 200 (E-200) program to train entrepreneurs that lead small but growing companies.
